Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures our extraordinary Guest Service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador; understands and practices the brand values and mission and serves exciting, innovative, and delicious food and beverages for guests per the established standards of service.

  • Assures that sequence of service standards is met by greeting guests, taking orders, directing guests to amenities and monitoring/meeting guest needs and requests.
  • Makes sure MeyersUSA’s highest quality standards of Food and Beverage service and products are maintained and stocked in all pavilions.
  • Must maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, polite, professional and efficient attitude.
  • Must be able to operate computer and point-of-sale (POS) equipment with accuracy and appropriate speed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Evening and Weekend Availability is a MUST!
  • Required to become familiar with the menu, and standard operational procedures for the restaurant.
  • Customer service orientation should consist of organization, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work in teams.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in comparable fast-paced eatery and/or restaurant for Cashiers.
  • Experience in money handling.
  • Team-service experience is strongly recommended.
