The Bar - Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for presenting the philosophy, history, and services and products of our company to potential guests of the public and overseeing the sampling program and all company-related events. This individual should be capable of producing guest interest and diverting curiosity and attention of the guests towards our company and services through the distribution of product samples, representing our company, and building guest relationships.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creates awareness and attention to the services and products of our company to the public; Acts as a spokesperson for our company.
  • Maintains daily knowledge of all company promotions, tournaments, special events, and changes and additions to menu items and ingredients.
  • Handing out flyers to the general public at strategically chosen locations.
  • Having an in depth knowledge of the information they are handing out and be a point of information for people with queries
  • Engages with guests and educates them about the philosophy, history, culture, goals, and foundation of our company.
  • Actively participates in promoting our brand by interacting with our Guests in the restaurant, be involved in the community, engages with the media and be able to communicate in an effective way the essence of our brand.
  • Actively participates in developing a culture of happiness.
  • The Individual should be capable of consistently preform happy, energetic, engaging and enthusiastic service to the public in teams or by themselves.
  • Must be prepared to travel to work off site events.
  • The individual must take initiative to speak with and to the public.
  • Guides guests in the right direction depending on the guests’ interests in certain services and products of our company.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
